Once we receive your order, we will buy the relevant styles for you. Subject to availability. SYLVEST STYLE terms and conditions apply to any product purchased through us. All Personal Shopping styles are quality-checked to ensure you are delighted with your order.
All our personal shopping products are updated regularly to ensure their availability and matching descriptions from brand partners. However, on a rare occasion when the specific style is no longer available after we receive your order, we will contact you within 3 hours to let you know. You will be given the option to get refunded and other close-match styles you may be interested in if you wish.

Meeting your wedding’s deadline is paramount. We ensure that we deliver a complete final style within 7 to 14 days before the due date.
So that you know, we expect quality checks and adjustments where necessary; to your choice, this is particularly necessary for personal shopping. Therefore, we recommend a minimum of 90 days’ notice before your wedding day.
For style productions, we require 6-9 months’ notice to ensure design, production, and alterations are considered.Â

Return, Exchange & Refund
We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased through us, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached
