Items purchased through the Company’s shopping services are subject to the retailers’ return and exchange policies.

Clients must adhere to the company’s return and exchange policies for items purchased directly through the Company.

  1. Refunds

Refunds for services provided by the Company are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Company’s discretion.

Clients must contact the Company within seven days of receiving services to request a refund and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery of items purchased through the Company’s shopping services are subject to the shipping policies of the respective retailers.

The Company offers various shipping options for items purchased directly through the Company. The selected shipping method and destination determine delivery times and costs.
